含丹参成分注射用中成药致不良反应的临床分析

Clinical analysis of containing Salvia component injection adverse reactions caused by proprietary Chinese medicine

目的探讨含丹参成分的注射用中成药在临床治疗中所发生的不良反应情况,从而合理的指导患者的临床用药。方法采取回顾性方法对攀钢集团总医院2010年1月至2011年12月间200例注射过含丹参成分的中成药的患者资料进行分析,探讨发生的不良反应情况。结果通过对本组的200例注射过含丹参成分注射用中成药患者的资料,共有68例患者发生不同程度的不良反应,发生率为34.0%。具体的不良反应表现为:过敏性皮疹、过敏性休克、心动过缓、心动过速、头痛与头昏、肌痉挛、药物性肝炎、腹泻和呃逆等,所占的比例分别为7.4%、5.9%、22.0%、27.9%、5.9%、8.8%、5.9%、7.4%、8.8%。结论在临床治疗的过程中使用含丹参成分注射用中成药具有较好的应用效果,但是很有可能会引起不同程度的不良反应,从而导致治疗效果降低,临床中应加强制备工艺,并合理的指导临床用药。

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of injection of proprietary Chinese medicines containing Salvia ingredients in the clinical treatment ofthus the guidance of the patient＇s clinical medication. Methods A retrospective a- nalysis of patient data in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011,200 patients injected proprietary Chinese medicines containing Salvia ingredientsto investigate the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results By Salvia component this group of 200 patients injected with injection of proprietary Chinese medicines patients, a total of 68 cases of patients with varying degrees of adverse reaction, the rate was 34. 0%. Adverse reactions ： allergic rash, anaphylactic shock, brady- cardia, tachycardia, headache, dizziness, muscle cramps, drug - induced hepatitis, diarrhea and hiccups, the proportion of 7.4% ,5.9% ,22. 0% ,27.9% ,5.9% ,8.8% ,5.9% ,7.4% ,8.8%. Conclusion In the clinical treatment process u- sing injection proprietary Chinese medicines containing Salvia component has good application, but it may cause varying degrees of adverse reactions, resulting in reduced therapeutic effect, the clinical preparation process should be strength- ened, and reasonable of clinical medicine.
