摘要
采用近红外光谱分析技术对纺织品纤维含量进行定量分析可以实现对样品快速无损检测,是一种间接测量技术,在应用近红外光谱技术之前,要采集大量的各种含量的光谱数据来建立一个系列的模型库,如果建模样品的均匀性不好,采集的近红外光谱的离散将会很大,直接影响模型库的测量精度。文章探讨了能够满足近红外光谱检测建模的样品的均匀性问题。
Near infrared spectral analysis technology for quantitative analysis of textile fibers, a new technology developed in recent years can realize fast nondestructive testing of the sample. But before use of near infrared spectral analysis technology, it needs to collect the near infrared spectrum of the fiber samples to set up an near infrared calibration model. If the homogeneity of the fiber samples used to set up the model is not good, the collected spectrum dispersed greatly, directly affecting the accuracy of the forecast results. This article mainly discusses the homogeneity of the fiber samples, which can meet the set up of a near infrared spectral analysis model.
