文章对英美法系和大陆法系国家刑事技术侦查领域隐私权保护立法现状进行考察,发现美国和德国在刑事技术领域隐私权保护制度普遍确立了技术侦查程序法定原则,普遍建立了技术侦查措施的司法审查机制,普遍规定了较为全面的救济措施。

The article explores the current legislation situation of privacy protection in the field of criminal technical investigation in common law and civil law countries, and finds out that, in the privacy protection system in the field of criminal technigue of the U. S. and Germany, the procedural legal principles of technical investigation has been established ,judicial review mechanism of technical investigative measures has been set up generally, and more com- prehensive relief measures have been stil^ulated.
