摘要
随着案件管理机构的设置及相关工作的开展,案件管理工作的职能定位、人员要求、与内设部门关系、工作方式方法及效率效果等均面临着规范化、科学化、效率化的考验,应对案件管理工作实施流程管理,完善流程监控,开展案件质量考核、业务考评及案件评比,将这一工作规范细化。
With the establishment of case management agencies and the development of relevant work, the function orientation ,personnel requirements, relationship between internal departments, work methods, efficiency and effec- tiveness of case management all face many tests such as standardization, scientification, and efficiency. We should implement process management, improve process monitoring, and carry out the assessment of case quality, perform- ance evaluation, and case evaluation of case management, refining the work specification.
