马氏珠母贝多糖提取及其保湿性研究

Study on Moisturing Retention and Extraction of Polysaccharides from Pinctada martensii(Dunker)

以马氏珠母贝的内脏团为原料提取、分离和纯化多糖,将马氏珠母贝多糖与甘油、聚乙二醇(PEG-400)、丙二醇和1,3-丁二醇等常规保湿剂进行对比试验,结果表明其保湿性优于常规保湿剂。

Using visceral mass of Pinctada martensii （Dunker） as raw material extract, Isolation and purification, Moisturizing retention of the polysaccharide were evaluated in contrast with traditional humectants such as glycerol, PEG-400, propanediol and 1,3-butanediol.The results showed that Polysaccharides from Pinc tada marte nsii （Dunker）was superior to the traditional humectants.
