城市群旅游协调发展优化路径研究——以江淮城市群为例

Research on the optimized path for the harmonious development of the tourism of urban agglomerations——take Jianghuai Urban Agglomerations as the example

安徽省城市旅游发展速度较快,但存在较大的空间发展不均衡。江淮城市群是中国"十二五"城市群战略的重要一极,将成为未来安徽省城市旅游发展的区域主体,因其有利于整合区域资源、弱化城市旅游发展的不均衡态势,提高资源要素、资金利用效率。江淮城市群旅游发展现存四大问题:旅游资源类型多样,开发强度存在较大的空间不均衡;旅游产品建设重复性较大,不利于提高资金利用效率;个别城市旅游战略定位不准确,发展力量离散化;城市旅游缺乏区域性整合,区域经济社会带动力不足。未来江淮城市群旅游发展应从城市群旅游空间发展、旅游产业发展、区域旅游形象整合和区域旅游管理四个方面协调区域旅游资源开发和产品建设及一体化管理,促进江淮城市群旅游协调发展,提升区域旅游竞争力和区域带动能力。

Urban tourism industry is developing fast in Anhui province, but there is a large spatial imbalance problems. Urban agglomeration will be an important pole in China＇ s ＂twelfth five-year＂ strategy, which will become the subject of future urban tourism development in Anhui province, because it＇ s beneficial integration of regional resources and weaken the unbalanced situation of urban tourism development, and improve the utilization efficiency of resources and tourism investment. There exists four problems in tourism development for Jianghuai agglomeration： （1） tourism resources＇ type is various but is larger gap indevelopment intensity; （2） tourism product construction repeatability is bigger, which is not conducive to improve fund use efficiency; （3） strategic positioning is not accurate for individual cities, tourism development strength is discretized; （4） urban tourism lack of regional integration, the driving force of regional economic and social is not insufficient. Regional tourism resources should be integrated and marketed from four aspects, namely, urban agglomeration tourism spatial development pattern, tourism products and tourism industrial development, regional tourism image integration as well as management system construction, finally realize the coordinated development of Jianghuai urban agglomeration tourism and lift regional tourism competitiveness and leading ability.
