日本住宅统计调查的内容、特点与启示

住房是关系经济和社会的重要问题,客观准确的统计是科学认识问题、寻求共识以解决问题的前提。通过对日本2008年住宅与土地统计调查的研究,与中国住宅统计比较,指出了中国统计中的问题。日本住宅统计具有概念周密、分类详尽,统计项目偏重于民生,统计过程具有民主性等特点。我国住宅相关调查种类少,而且概念不明确、统计样本不足、统计项目少,且偏重于资本和行政管理的立场。

Housing is an important in the economic and social.Objective and accurate statistics is the premise of understanding problems and seeking consensus to solve the problem. Through to the research about the housing and land survey of japan in 2008, this paper compared with China＇s housing statistics,points out the problems in China..The housing and land survey once every five years ,presided by the MIC. It content residential type, structure,ownership,homestead, the relationship between housing and environment such as the distance to the nearest school, station,the second house and the homestead and so on.Concept carefully,detailed classifica don,statistical projects focus on the livelihood of the people , and democracy, etc in Japan. Residential census is less species, insufficient statistical samples,and the concept is not clear, and content is insufficient and prefer to capital and administrative positions in China.
