球孢白僵菌GDS菌株对小菜蛾致病力的测定

Measurement of the Virulence of Beauveria bassiana GDS Strains to the Plutella xylostella(Lepidoptera: Plutellidae)

从自然感病的鳞翅目幼虫体上分离出球孢白僵菌GDS菌株,在室内用108,107,106,105个/m L共4种浓度的孢子液侵染小菜蛾3龄幼虫。结果表明,从高浓度至低浓度,受感染的小菜蛾幼虫累积校正死亡率分别为80.5%,61.0%,26.9%和17.1%。毒力回归方程y=0.631 1x+0.776 9,相关系数为0.986 9,LC50为4.68×106孢子/m L。

The GDS strains of Beauveria bassiana isolated from the natural susceptible lepidoptera larva was tested against the third instar Plutella xylostella larvae in laboratory The results showed that the Beauveria bassiana had certain effect to diamondback moth,the corrected mortality was 80.5％,61.0％,26.9％ and 17.1％ in the l08 conidia/mL,107 conidia/mL,106 conidia/mL and l05 conidia/mL,respectively.Toxicity egression equations was y =0.631 1x ＋ 0.776 9,correlation coefficient 0.986 9,and LC50 4.68 × 106 conidia/mL.
