摘要
综述了近20 a来葡萄遗传转化的主要研究进展及其在转化过程中影响各步骤的因素、存在的问题和对策,并对葡萄遗传转化工作进行了展望。
In this paper,a review of the research advances on genetic transformation system of grapevine in recent 20 years,including the influencing factors of each step in the transformation process,the main existing problems and corresponding measures are discussed.Besides,the prospects for research directions were reviewed.
