摘要
用黄芩甙和三辛基甲基氯化铵作用生成的缔合物作为活性材料,研制成黄芩甙PVC膜选择电极。测定了电极的各项性能参数,获得很好的Nernst响应和满意的重现性,其线性范围在5.0×10^(-5)~2.0×10^(-2)mol/L,斜率为52±1mV。
Baicalin-PVC membrane sensor has been studied. It is made up of the ion-association complexes of baicalin with Aliqat 336s as the active material. The baicalin sensor showed Nernst response in the range of 5. 0x10^-5~2. 0x10^-2 mol/L baicalin solution with a slope of 52±1mV.
