摘要
采煤机工作环境的复杂性对监控系统提出更高要求,为提高其可靠性与实时性,采用了分布式系统结构,通过PROFIBUS-DP总线技术实现系统网络配置,设计搭建了以SIMATIC S7-300 PLC为控制核心和以WinCC组态技术为平台的采煤机远程监控系统。根据系统的监控要求,完成了PLC硬件配置、上位机监控系统以及远程在线监控设计,实现了采煤机工况数据的在线显示、故障报警和远程控制。
Higher demands are required from the monitoring system for the complexity of the coal shearer working environment, distributed system atchitecture is used for improving reliability and real-time, the network configuration of the system is based on PROFIBUS-DP bussing technique, the coal shearer remote monitoring system is designed based on the control kernel of SIMATIC $7-300 PLC and technology platform of WinCC configuration technology. According to the monitoring requirements of the system, PLC HW configuration, host computer motoring system and remote online monitoring design are adopted, on-time working statistics display, malfunction alarm and remote control of the coal shearer system are implemented.
