基于电瓶电量检测的挖掘机通信终端设计

摘要 为了延长挖掘机通信终端的待机时间,提出了一种基于电瓶电量检测的挖掘机通信终端的设计方案。该方案在选定的LM3S9B96微控制器的外围,配置了3G无线通信模块、BD2/GPS双系统定位模块和电源管理模块等,构建整个应用装置的硬件平台。在该硬件平台上可实现数据传输、定位导航、状态检测等功能。而且,该方案通过电瓶电量的检测来控制挖掘机的数据传输周期,可有效地延长挖掘机通信终端的待机时间。 In order to prolong the standby time of communication terminal, a design scheme of communication terminal of excavator based on battery power detection was brought forward. In the scheme, 3G wireless communication module, BD2/GPS dual system positioning module and power management module were allocated around the microcontroller LM3S9B96, consequently the whole hardware platform was established. Data transmission, positioning and navigation, state detection could be realized on the hardware platform. And the standby time of communication terminal could be prolonged by means of controlling the data transmission cycle based on battery power detection.
