基于TMS320F2812的微弱电压测量系统设计与应用

摘要 针对过套管电阻率测井仪在测量领域的实际需求,设计了微弱电压采集系统,包括以TMS320F2812为核心的控制电路,高性能、高放大倍数、低噪声的前置放大电路,24 bit高精度A/D转换器。最后以套管作为实验载体搭建了实验平台,通过改变模拟电阻盒的阻值进行电压测量,并且通过计算得出了测量电阻的阻值。 For the actual needs of through casing formation resistivity logging in the measurement fields, this paper designs a weak voltage measurement system, including the control circuit which is based on the TMS320F2812, high performance, high magni- fication and low noise preamplifier circuit, and 24 bit high precision AID converter. Using the casing as the experimental carrier, an experimental platform is built to measure the weak voltage by changing the resistance. And at last, the value of measured resis- tance is gotten by calculating
