摘要
提出了一种基于工作绩效云预测的指派问题求解方法。根据员工完成任务的历史记录,由逆向云发生器求得员工完成各任务所需时间的云模型的数字特征值,再通过正向云发生器生成的云滴得到指派问题的效率矩阵,然后由匈牙利法求解最优指派方案。实例计算表明该方法考虑了实际指派问题效率矩阵的模糊性和不确定性,能够实现员工工作绩效预测,为实际工作中员工任务指派问题提供了一种更科学的求解思路。
This paper put forward a kind of assignment solving method based on predicting task performances with Cloud model, when we have no exact efficiency matrix and only have the past work records. According to the staff task records, the digital characteristics of the Cloud model can be obtained by the backward cloud generator. Then we get the assignment efficiency matrix from the droplets generating by the normal Cloud generator. At last we can solve the assignment problem by the hungary method. The calculation of a practical example shows that this method can predict the task performances, which considers the fuzziness and uncertainty for efficiency matrix. It gives a scientific resolution to the actual assignment problem.
