摘要
以过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合法使淀粉与丙烯酸进行接枝共聚,制备了一种新型淀粉接枝聚丙烯酸吸附材料并应用于Zn(II)、C(rIII)、Hg(II)、Cu(II)的吸附研究,考察了原料配比、pH、溶液浓度、吸附时间对吸附性能的影响.结果表明丙烯酸质量分数分别为35%,50%,45%,45%,pH=7.5,吸附时间为35 min时,吸附材料具有最佳吸附性能.
A new absorbent material was prepared from amylum and acrylic acid by cross-linking reaction and solution polymerization, using ammonium persulfate as the intiator and N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide as the cross- linking agent. Its adsorptive properties to adsorb Zn (II), Cr (III), Hg (II), Cu (II) ions were studied. When the mass fraction of acrylic acid were 35%, 50%,45%, 45%, respectively, pH=7.5 and adsorption time was 35 min, the adsorption behaviors of four metalions were better.
