摘要 采用含少量溶剂的水溶液聚合法合成分子量为(20。40)x104的低分子量聚丙烯酰胺(PAM).以丙酮为移热剂和链转移剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,探讨了溶剂、引发剂、反应温度及反应时间对聚合物分子量的影响.在单体质量分数为15%,引发剂浓度为(2.34—8.04)x10-3mol/L,移热溶剂为(0.37—1.23)~10-3mol/L,反应温度为84—92℃,滴加时间1.5h,保温时间1.5h的条件下,获得分子量在(20-40)×104的聚丙烯酰胺. The polyacrylamide with low molecular weight was prepared by aqueous solution polymenzauon containing a small quantity of organic solvent. Acetone as chain-transfer agent and ammonia persulfate as initiator, the influence on molecular weight of polyacrylamide of amount of solvent, initiator and chain-transfer agent has been studied. The polyaerylamide with molecular weight of (2.0-4.0)xl0s was derived under determined condition: total monomers mass fraction (based on the reaction system) =15%, initiator concentration= (2.34~8.04) xl0-3 mol/L, the amount of solvent= (0.37-1.23)~10-3 tool/L, reaction temperature=84-92 ~C, droping time=l.5 h.
