基于层次分析法(AHP)的高速公路资产运营综合评价体系研究

The Evaluating System of Highway Assets Based on AHP

结合我国高速公路资产运营的特点,分析影响高速公路资产运营业绩的因素,提出定性与定量相结合的高速公路资产运营评价指标体系.基于层次分析法(AHP),构建评价指标判断矩阵,并对各判断矩阵进行一致性检验,确定各评价指标体系权重等级.通过实例分析,对S省两年高速公路运营情况进行研究.结果表明,AHP层次分析法在综合评价高速公路资产运营情况中具有较强的应用价值.

The characteristics of highway assets operation in our country and the influential factors of the highway assets operating performance are analyzed. The qualitative and quantitative methods are used to establish evaluation system of highway assets operation. Based on AHP, the judgement matrix was used to test the coincidence and determine the weight of each evaluation index. By practical examples analyzing, the author analyzes the highway assets operation condition in S province of two years. According the research, AHP has significant practical value in comprehensive evaluation of highway assets ooeration.
