国际石油合作PSC模式作业方财务风险管理初探

Research on Operating Side Financial Risk Management of International Oil Cooperation of Production Sharing Contract

从财务风险管理的角度出发,站在中国作业方利益最大化的立场,结合产量分成合同的特点,采用多因素综合风险评价方法,并以合同期内中国作业方净现金流量最大作为辅助目标,建立产量分成合同模式下中国作业方风险收益评价模型.在此基础上为中国石油公司参与产量分成石油合作,提出建立风险控制机制和加强会计核算与建立联合账簿的建议.

Using the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method and taking the profit maximization and net cash flow maximization as assisted goal, we set up risk-benefit evaluation model from the viewpoint of the interest of Chinese operating side. Based on the model,the article made some suggestions for Chinese oil companies, including establishing a risk control mechanism and setting up joint book.
