摘要
为了研究不同组份的润滑油在不同工况条件 (改变正压力、温度、转速等 )下的润滑机理 ,特别是极压条件下化学膜、流体动力膜的成因及其与摩擦条件的关系 ,本文作者对流体润滑动态观测实验技术进行了研究 ,研制了一台流体润滑动态观测试验机。该试验机可以实现对正在磨损着的界面进行动态直视研究 ,可真实地了解摩擦、磨损过程本质 ,更为有效地提出符合实际的新理论 ,进而解决各类工程问题。该系统引进了微机测量系统 ,可对摩擦物理量的信号进行采集与处理 ,精度高 ,操作简便 ,真正实现了试验机的动态特性测试。
This testing machine under hydronamic lubrication by the direct observation can be used to study the mechanism of hydrodynamic lubrication, and the lubrication mechanism of lubricating oil with different contents,especially, the cause of the formation of the chemical film and direct study of the wearing surface,so as to understand the principle of friction and wear proccss,and propose new theory which much more concerns about the fact,expecting different engineering problem will be resolved under the direction of it.This rig emloys the computer testing system having the ability of collecting and processing the signals of physical parameters,with the property of high sensitivity and easy operation .This truly realize the feature of dynamic observation to testing machine.
