Adhering to 8 Encompassments to Expand the Forestation Space——Fully Promoting the Construction of the 10-million-mu Forest Growth Project in Bozhou City

本文围绕落实省委、省政府重大决策,立足平原特点和生态强市建设,坚持"八个围绕",努力拓展造林空间,建立和完善平原农业生态屏障,奋力推进千万亩森林增长工程建设。

In this paper the implementation of the major policy decisions made by Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Government was focused on. Efforts were made on adhering to 8 eneompassments to expand the forestation space based on the plain characteristics and building a big ecological city. The ecological barrier for plain agriculture was established and being perfected while fully promoting the construction of the 10-million-mu Forest Growth Project. Significant effects have been achieved in the construction of the 10-million-mu Forest Growth Project in Bozhou City in 2013.
