摘要
运用AnsysWorkbench对喷油器针阀与针阀体座面的碰撞进行显式动力学分析,得到针阀落座过程的应力分布。与传统经验公式计算应力的结果进行对比得出显式动力学分析法更加接近实际,有利于喷油器的改进。
Based on Ansysworkbench for the collision of fuel injector between needle valve and surface of needle valve seatproceedexplicit dynamic analysis. Get the stress distribution in the process of needle valve takes a seat.Compared with the results of traditional experience mathematical formula, the explicit dynamic analysis method is more close to realiw,whichis conducive to improve the fuel injec-tor.
