摘要
首次用溴化十八烷基二甲基苄胺敏化鲁米诺-H_2O_2-Os(Ⅵ)发光体系使Os(Ⅳ)检出限降至6.0×10^(-5)μg/ml,配合反相纸色谱法(PTSO为固定相)分离并测定了Au(Ⅲ)-Pt(Ⅳ)-Pd(Ⅱ)-Ru(Ⅳ)-Rh(Ⅳ)-Ir(Ⅳ)-Os(Ⅳ)混合液中微量Os,回收率97%以上。
The sensitization effect of oc-tadecylbenzyldimethyl ammonium bromide on the chemiluminescence system of luminol-H_2O_2-O_2(Ⅳ)has been reported in this paper. The detection limit of Os(Ⅳ)has come down to 6.0×10^(-5)μg/ml. After Au-Pt-Pd-Ru-Ir-Rh-Os mixture is separated by reversed phase papcr chromatography with di-P-methylphenyl sulfoxide as the stationary phase, the method can be used in the determination of microamount of osmium(Ⅳ)with satisfactory results. The recovery is over 97%.
