摘要
本文提出了一个复合硝基酚钠盐的反相高效液相色谱分离方法。用甲醇-水(40:60)为流动相在μ-Bondapak C_(18)柱上分离出5-硝基愈创木酚钠、对硝基酚钠、2,4-二硝基酚钠、邻硝基酚钠,并对分离机理进行了探讨。此方法成功地运用于Atonik型的植物生长调节剂的分析定量工作上。
The separation of complex nitrophenol sodium salts including 5-nitroguaiacol sodium salt, p-nitrophenol sodium salt, 2, 4 -dinitrophenol sodium salt and o-nitrophenol sodium salt by reversed-phase HPLC has been developed. The separation was carried out on aμ-Eondapak C_(18) column with methanol-water(40:60, pH=3)as mobile phase within seven min. The method has been applied to the separation of some plant growth regulators.
