摘要
利用粉末合金技术和固相烧结合成方法,制备了具有巨磁热效应的Mn1.2Fe0.8P1-x Six(x=0.6,0.63,0.67)系列化合物.磁性测量结果表明,根据化合物成分的不同配比,居里温度可以调节在310~360K范围内,并伴随有磁化强度的巨大变化.根据该材料的特性研制了永磁驱动热磁发电演示仪,研究了热磁转变温度、磁性材料质量、感应电流之间的关系.该系列化合物的热磁发电性能优良,是一种较为理想的热磁发电材料.
By ball roiling and solid-phase reaction method,the Mnl.2Fe0.aPl-xSi.(ac=0. 6,0. 63,0. series compounds were prepared. Magnetic measurements show that the Curie temperature of compounds can be adjusted within the range 310 - 360 K with changing the compositions. Utilizing 67) the tremendous change in magnetization in the vicinity of transition, a permanent magnet driving thermo- magnetic power generator was built,and studied the thermomagnetic power generation performance of the compounds as well as the characterization of crystal structure and magnetic properties of the compounds.
