The Study on Hazard Inducing Environment of Flood Disaster Outburst in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古是洪涝灾害多发区,介绍了近几十年内蒙古突发性洪涝灾害情况,分析了洪涝灾害的时空分布特征及内蒙古突发性洪涝灾害孕灾环境,提出了评估突发性洪涝灾害风险、营造水土保持林、改善生态环境、完善防洪基础工程、建立洪涝灾害监测预警系统和防灾、救灾体系等防治措施.

Inner Mongolia is an area with frequent flood disasters. In this paper,the situation of flood disaster outburst in Inner Mongolia in recent decades is introduced, and its distribution characteristic of time and space as well as hazard inducing environment is analyzed accordingly. The preventing measures such as assessing the risk of flood disaster outburst, constructing water and soil maintaining forest, impro- ving ecology environment, perfecting the fundamental defending engineering of flood preventing, establis- hing monitoring and warning system as well as disaster prevention and relief are put forward.
