城乡消费断层与服务业发展效应

The Urban and Rural Consumption Gap and Its Effect on the Development of Service Industry

服务业是我国"十二五"时期产业结构调整的战略重点,为了考察城乡居民消费升级与断层的产生过程,本文利用投入产出数据对城乡居民消费与服务业的关联影响进行研究,发现消费结构升级能够为服务业发展提供持续动力,但城乡消费断层等问题阻碍了产业结构升级的有序推进;利用住户调查数据对居民消费的城乡二元特征及与断层问题进行研究,剖析其产生根源及对服务业发展的制约作用,能够为破除服务业增长的需求障碍、促进服务业产业布局的优化提供参考。

Since service industry is an important focus of the industrial restructuring in Twelfth Five - Year Plan, the pa- per uses the input - output data to analyze urban and rural residents＇ consumption and its connection to service industry to investigate the process of upgrading and gap creating of urban and rural consumption, finding that consumptive structure＇ s upgrading can provide sustained momentum for the service industry development, but the problem of consumption gap between urban and rural areas hinders the development of industrial structure upgrading; the paper also uses household survey data to study the urban - rural dual characteristics of residents＇ consumption and the urban and rural consumption＇ s gap to find its reasons and restrictive effects on the development of service industry in order to break the demand barri- ers and promote development and optimization of service industry.
