摘要
基于2005至2009年16个城市旅游业投入产出的数据,本文利用DEA-BCC模型分析了我国城市旅游产业效率的发展特征。研究结果表明:城市旅游业综合技术效率整体偏低,但是随时间呈现出不断提升趋势;城市旅游经济规模与综合效率的空间非均衡问题显著,而且城市旅游业综合技术效率呈现出一定的区域内部分化特征;城市旅游业内部三行业的综合技术效率存在明显差异,旅行社业效率均值最高,酒店业次之,景区行业最低,而且这三个行业效率的城市排名存在不同程度的相关性。
The paper analyzes the Chinese urban tourism industrial efficiency by the DEA - BCC model based on the in- put -output panel data of 16 cities from 2005 to 2009. The results show that： the comprehensive technical efficiency of urban tourism industry is low, however, it was gradually becoming higher; the problem of spatial disequilibrium between urban tourism economic scale and the comprehensive technical efficiency is obvious, and the urban comprehensive tech- nical efficiency shows a certain intra - regional differentiation characteristic; the comprehensive technical efficiency a- mong urban hotd industry, travel agency industry and scenic industry is different, and the efficiency of travel agency in- dustry is the highest, the efficiency of hotel industry is the second, while scenic industry is the third, and the efficiency rank of 16 cities in three industries exists varying degrees of correlation.
