摘要
目的观察红景天苷对失血性休克后兔心功能的保护作用,为进一步研究创伤的救治提供实验依据。方法 24只新西兰大耳白兔随机分为4组,各6只,假手术组(A组)、红景天苷预处理组(B组,在模型建立前3 d给予红景天苷耳缘静脉注射)、红景天苷后处理组(C组,在复苏成功即刻给予耳缘静脉注射红景天苷)、安慰剂对照组(D组)。后3组建立兔失血性休克模型,并于复苏后2周内在不同时间点监测兔心功能及血清肌钙蛋白水平。结果 B、C、D 3组左室收缩末内径(LVESD)在复苏后1 h时均高于A组(0.74±0.06,0.82±0.06,0.83±0.07 vs 0.60±0.04;P<0.05),但B组低于C、D 2组,恢复更快;左室射血分数(LVEF)、短轴缩短率(FS)也有类似改变,但模型各组左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)与假手术组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);B、C、D 3组血清肌钙蛋白I水平在复苏后即刻明显升高(5.37,7.83,8.01 ng/ml),而A组为阴性(P<0.05),但B组总体水平低于C、D 2组(P<0.05),且恢复正常的时间更短。结论红景天苷预处理可减轻失血性休克兔的心肌损伤,保护心功能,并缩短心功能恢复时间。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Rhodioside on heart function after hemorrhagic shock in rabbits, so as to provide experimental evidence for further research on treatment of trauma. Methods Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: A (false surgery group), B (pretreatment with Rhodio- side), C (treatment with Rhodioside after shock) and D (placebo group). Hemorrhagic shock rabbit model was es- tablished by blood letting from the carotid artery. Rhodioside was administrated before or after shock. After success- ful resuscitation, heart function was evaluated by echocardiography and serum level of troponin I (cTnI) was deter- mined at different time. Results LVESD in group B, C ,and D was higher than that in group A (0.74±0.06,0.82±0.06,0.83±0.07 respectively vs 0.60±0.04 ,P〈0.05 ) 1 h after resuscitation ,while LVESD in group B was low- er than those in group C, and D with a shorter recovery time. Similarly, LVEF, FS in group B were better than those in group C and D,and the time to recovery was also shorter(P〈0. 05 ). Serum level of cTnI was elevated soon after hemorrhagic shock in B ,C,D group(5.37,7.83,8.01 ng/ml respectively) ,while that was negative in A group(P〈 0. 05) ;and that in group B was lower than in group C, and D all the time, and with shorter reovery time. Con- clusion Rhodioside pretreatment could protect heart injury from hemorrhagic shock, and accelerate heart recov- ery in rabbits.
