Risk and Strategy of SMS Logistics Enterprises in Implementing Logistics Finance

阐述物流金融的内涵并揭示当前中小型物流企业物流金融研究的若干重点;从物流金融的操作风险、信用风险及金融产品创新风险等方面揭示了中小型物流企业在提供物流金融服务过程中的若干风险因素;并从完善中小型物流企业实施物流金融服务的操作风险控制体系,健全信用激励机制,防范金融产品创新风险等方面给出相应对策。

In this paper, we introduced the connotation of logistics finance and uncovered the focus in current studies on the logistics finance business of SMS logistics enterprises; then from the aspects of the operational risk, credit risk and financial product innovation risk of logistics finance, we uncovered the risk factors in the offering of logistics financial services by these enterprises; and at the end proposed the corresponding countermeasures.
