摘要
结合制造企业的实际,提出供应商选择的指标体系。运用模糊C均值聚类算法对多家供应商进行聚类分析,运用层析分析法对各供应商进行优劣排序,并对最优供应商进行分析,找出其共同特征,为以后供应商选择提供参考依据。
In this paper, in connection with the practice of manufacturing enterprises, we proposed the index system of supplier selection, used the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm to analyzed multiple suppliers, used AHP to rank them and at the end analyzed the common traits of the optimal suppliers for future reference.
