摘要虽然在不同的历史阶段有不同的侧重点,但是挪威文化政策的主要目标在特征上保持稳定:促进艺术质量和创新、文化遗产的保存和安全性、丰富多样的文化设施在全体居民中的分布。通过行政、法律和经济手段,国家的文化政策目标得以基本实现。
