摘要
研究了煤液化高分油灰分测试的方法,利用正交试验确定了实验的最佳分析条件为:取样量5 g、预分解温度500℃、预分解时间30 min、终温815℃、终温时间3 h。研究表明,终温灼烧时间是影响灰分测定的关键因素,在实验过程中要严格控制。
Studied the ash content determination method of high pressure separated oil of coal liquefaction. The opti- mum conditions were confirmed by orthogonal test. The sampling volume was 5 g, the pre-decomposition temperature was 500 ℃, the pre-decomposition time was 30 min, the final temperature was 815 ℃ and holding for 3 h. The results showed that the time keeping at final temperature was the key point iu the test of ash analysis, and must be strictly controlled during the experiment.
