石灰石代替石灰在转炉炼钢中的应用实践 被引量:3

摘要 分析了石灰石加入转炉后热分解反应过程中的能量消耗和特性以及分解过程中的渣化反应。阐述了石灰石应用于转炉炼钢的优越性,既可以替代石灰减少对石灰的消耗,同时还可以平衡转炉富裕热量减少其他降温料的使用量,为炼钢生产节约了成本,创造了更大利润空间。 The energy consumption and characteristics of the process of thermal decomposition reaction were analyzed when the limestone was added to the converter slag and the decomposition process hap- pened. The superiority of the limestone used in the converter steelmaking is Described. Not only there is a partial substitute for lime to reduce the consumption of lime, but also converter wealthy heat could be balanced, and the use of other cooling material for the steel production cost savings reduces to cre- ate a greater profit space.
