摘要
本项目为烧结机余热回收利用二期工程,是回收利用2×360m2烧结机机尾烟道余热,新设置2套余热锅炉,产生蒸汽分别并入一期烧结环冷机余热发电站。烧结余热锅炉系统除盐水、工业水由现有外网供给,机尾余热锅炉采用DCS集中控制系统,考虑设现场电气室,发电主厂房集中控制。大大减少了热源排放,经济效益和环保效益显著。
This project is the second phase of sintering waste heat recycling pattern, heat recycling from tail flue residual of 2 × 360m^2 sintering machine. We built up new 2 sets of waste heat boiler to produce steam respectively, in the phase one of waste heat power station in sinter ring cooler. Desal- ring water, industrial water sintering waste heat boiler system are supplied by existing outside network and the tail waste heat boiler in DCS control system, considering the site electrical room. 1. This pro- ject greatly reduced the heat emission, and economic benefit and environmental benefit is remarkable.
