摘要
本文通过对钢铁产品的质量现状分析,阐述了积极采用国际标准的重要意义,提出了技术标准也是生产力的科学观点,展望了技术管理工作的发展前景。
The current situation of iron and steel production quality has been analyzed in the paper, and the important significance which vigorously adopts international standard is set forth, and scientif- ic viewpoint that technology standard is also productive force is given, and development prospect of technology management work is forecasted.
