摘要
目的 聚乳酸(poly(DL-lactic acid),PDLLA)膜的降解性能。方法 采用实时和加速两种体外降解方法。结果 发现PDLLA膜的重量丧失与ISO推荐的四种降解液,膜的面积,体积,重量无关(P>0.05)。PDLLA膜完整率可维持6周以上,膜破裂发生在Mw为5万和Mn为2万的时段。加速试验可获得实时降解28倍的速度。结论 本研究为PDLLA膜体内降解试验奠定了基础。
Objective To study the degradation of poly(DL-lacticacid)(PDLLA) membrane. Methods Both real time and accelated-time test were used. Results It was found that the mass loss of PDLLA was not singnificant defference distribution in relation to proportion or bulk or mass of the membrane , and four kinds of liquids recommended by ISO ?PDLLA membrane kept its integrity more than 6 weeks until the weight-average molecular weight(Mw) reduced to 50,000 and the number-average molecular weight (Mn) reduced to 20,000. Accelerated time degradation test got 28 times as quickly as real time test. Conclusion The experimental had established the foundation of degradation in vivo.
