摘要 目的 探讨羟磷灰石材料的生物相容性和骨结合性。方法 按照ISO标准推荐的方法进行了最长植入时间达104周的动物体内种植研究。结果 羟磷灰石材料具有良好的生物相容性,能促进骨组织的修复,并能与骨组织形成骨性结合。结论 羟磷灰石材料是一种较理想的植入材料。 Objective The purpose of this study is to evaluate the biocompatibility ofhydroxyapatite. Methods The hydroxyapatite samples were implanted in animals by the methods recommended with ISO standard. Results Hydroxyapatite has superor biocompatibility and ability to bind directy to bone. Conclusion The experiment results showed that the hydroxyapatite is a ideal and useful biomaterial for medical applications.
