摘要
针对目前蒙西电网存在的装机盈余、区内外电力市场消纳能力有限、大规模新能源发电接入电网的运行安全稳定等问题,提出了通过合理配置储能可以逐步实现对电力资源的再次分配,有效提高蒙西电网对风力发电和太阳能发电等间歇性能源的接纳能力。分析认为:储能技术的有效利用,有利于提高蒙西电网的稳定性,减少系统中的旋转备用容量,降低电网管理与调度的难度,对蒙西电网发展意义重大。
Considering the current situation of the surplus installed capacity, limitedaccommodation ability of power market, and the security or stability issues of large-scale new energy power integration into grid in west Inner Mongolia, the energy storage technique was proposed to apply to realize the power resources redistribution, and effectively improve the accommodation ability of the intermittent energy such as wind and solar power. Analysis suggest that the efficient use of energy storage technologies can helpto enhance the stability of West Inner Mongolia Power Grid, reduce system spinning reserve, and reduce the difficulty of grid management and power dispatch as well, which is meaningful for the development of West Inner Mongolia Power Grid.
