摘要 国网内蒙古东部电力有限公司所属赤峰市锦山220 kV变电站2255 W相断路器发生故障跳闸。通过现场检查及测试,初步判断W相断路器本体发生了内部放电现象。更换W相断路器后,将故障断路器返厂解体分析,确定了故障原因为2255 W相断路器的动触头支架单元在胶注过程中未按胶注工艺操作,胶量偏少;设备在运行过程中,进行分、合闸动作时造成动触头单元松动,导致W相开断故障。最后提出应严把采购设备质量关,加强设备监造;在断路器运行中严格按照规程要求对其进行全面试验、检修和监督检查,并按照试验周期进行设备预防性试验等建议。 The 2255 W-phase breaker in Jinshan of Eastern Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company Limited fault and trip, through on-site inspection and testing, preliminary view that the accident occurred due to the internal discharge of W-phase breaker. Replace with a new circuit breaker and depot the fault breaker. Analysis to the determine the cause of the fault was the casting process was not standardized, less than normal amount of glue, the movable contact holder unit causing appeared loose due to the closing action during operation. Finally suggested that it should be concerned about the quality of the equipment, strengthen the supervision of equipment manufacturing; during the equipment operation, overhaul and supervise the equipment strietly accordance with the regulations, do the preventive tests according with the test cycle, etc.
