摘要 通过在神华亿利电厂4×200 MW机组启备变控制系统加装励磁涌流器、整定厂用快切装置运行参数等方法,有效降低了启备变合闸励磁涌流。同时与厂用快切装置配合,在启备变冷备用方式下,电厂厂用电事故时能够可靠切换。并通过启备变冷备方式下切换试验和不同工况下运行管理实践验证,实现了启备变冷备用方式投入,从而减小了变压器的空载损耗,降低了厂用电率,实现了节能的运行方式,经济效益明显。 By means of adding excitation circulation device ior the launch standby transformer control system in the units of 4×200 MW of Shenhua Yili Power Plant and adjusting the operating parameters of fast cutting device, we reduce the excitation circulation under the condition of switching on the launch standby transformer effectively Meanwhile, cooperating with factory fast cutting device, switch reliably in the auxiliary power accident in the way of launch standby transformer cold standby, besides, through switch test in the way of cold standby and management experience verification during different operating condition makes launch standby transformer putting into operation in the way of cold standby come true. Consequently, the loss of no-load for transformer is reduced, the auxiliary power rate is decreased, and energy saving operating method is realized, as a result, the economic benefit is obvious.
