摘要
某电厂2×660 MW超超临界燃煤空冷发电机组采用柠檬酸进行化学清洗,锅炉本体系统采用双氧水碱洗+柠檬酸酸洗,炉前系统采用A5除油剂+双氧水碱洗。清洗前,使除盐水箱置于最高水位、床体提前进行再生处理。清洗过程中,在保证清洗效果的同时,尽可能扩大了清洗范围,同时对温度控制、清洗液浓度、清洗效果等进行有效监督。清洗后,各项数据达到标准要求,为下一步吹管的顺利进行奠定坚实的基础。
It is introduced that the citric acid was adopted for chemical cleaning on the 2 × 660 MW ultra supercritical coal-fired of air cooling generators, which using hydrogen peroxide alkaline cleaning and citric acid pickling for the boiler system, degreaser A5 and hydrogen peroxide alkaline cleaning for the boiler-front system. The demineralized water tank has been placed in the highest position, and the bed was regenerated in advance before cleaning. At the same time, the cleaning scope was expanded as far as possible to ensure the effects, the indexes such as temperature and concentration of the cleaning liquid and the effects has been supervised effectively during the course of cleaning. After cleaning the data met the standard requirements.
