摘要
内蒙古岱海发电有限责任公司3号机组通过对一次风压控制逻辑进行优化,一次风机动叶调节对象由原来跟踪锅炉主控指令改变为跟踪运行中出力最大磨煤机的给煤量,由给煤量来确定母管一次风压控制值。对比分析了机组一次风压控制逻辑修改前、后各参数的变化情况,认为一次风机控制逻辑优化后机组的运行经济性得到了提高。在同等燃煤量下,减小了一次风机出力,降低了磨煤机热风挡板的节流损失,达到了降低厂用电、节约能源的目的。
The primary air fan's pressure control logic of No.3 unit was optimized in Inner Mongolia Daihai Power Generation Co.,LTD. The adjustable blades tracking objects were changed from furnace operation master command originally to the maximum output mill's coal quantity finally. After changed, reduced primary air fan's output, reduced the mill air baffle throttling losses, reduced auxiliary power consumption in the same amount of coal, reached the purpose of saving energy. The modification benefit of operation economy and safety was compared with before.
