摘要
介绍了300 MW火电机组DEH控制逻辑的原理和特点,结合机组在孤网运行中的调节特性和控制任务,提出了孤网方式下汽轮机DEH控制逻辑改进方案以及锅炉跟随方式的协调控制策略优化措施,在DEH控制系统中新增了无死区、全程参与调节的一次调频回路以及二次调频逻辑。在单机或者双机发电直供霍煤鸿骏铝电有限公司的过程中,机组均能够一直保持发电功率与用电负荷的平衡,并且保证了供电频率和电压的稳定性。
By analyzing the principle and characteristics of conventional DEH control logic of 300 MW thermal power unit, combined with the regulation and control tasks in isolated grid operation of thermal power units, the paper put forward optimization strategy of coordinated control system of the boiler following and improved scheme of DEH control logic in the isolatade grid. In the DEH control system set the primary frequency modulation without blind spot, and added the secondary frequency modulation. In the process of single or dual units supply the units both could keep the load balance long time and provide electricity with stable frequency and voltage. The research and application of the isolated grid operation had the value for the development of micro-grid technology.
