摘要
针对巴彦淖尔电业局气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)故障统计,并结合2起典型GIS运行事故实例分析,指出由于GIS内部存在缺陷,且在设备生产、安装、验收过程中都存在问题,最终导致故障的发生。通过对返厂大修的GIS全程跟踪监造和检测,指出GIS在组装生产过程中容易出现问题的部件主要是盆式绝缘子,提高GIS设备健康水平的主要措施就是在进行部件安装时要特别注意各部件连接的牢固性、完好性和合理性。对于安装现场存在的安装人员不遵守安装工艺规程、安装现场清洁度差等问题,提出了改进建议。对于设备验收时存在的密度继电器接口设计不完善、气室连接管路不规范等缺陷,提出了严格把关技术协议的签订以及加强设备监造等建议,对于提高GIS在电网内的安全稳定运行有积极意义。
In view of the Bayannur Electric Power Bureau gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear (GIS) fault statistics, combined with analysis of 2 typical GIS accident examples, points out that due to the presence of defects inside the GIS, and the problems in the equipment manufacturing, installation, acceptance process, eventually leading to the occurrence of fault. The repaired GIS tracking supervision and inspection, points out the problems of the components are prone to GIS in the assembly production process is mainly the insulator, the main measures to improve the health level of the GIS equipment is in part the installation should pay special attention to the connection between each component , integrity and rationality. For installation personnel on-site installation existing non-compliance issues installation process, the installation site clean degrees are poor, and improvement suggestions are put forward. For the design of density relay interface equipment acceptance is not perfect, the gas chamber connecting pipe is not standard defects, puts forward a 'strictly technical agreement and strengthen the equipment inspection and so on, to improve the safety and stability of GIS in power grid have positive significance.
