高职院校沙盘模拟课程的教学问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Enterprise Management Simulation Course Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

沙盘模拟课程是一门综合性、实践性、互动性很强的课程,让学生掌握了管理技巧,感受到了管理真谛。本文通过分析该课程在教学中的特点,提出教学过程中存在的问题,并根据教学特点提出了解决对策,为今后课程改革打下基础。

The enterprise management simulation course is comprehensive, practical and interactive, which enables the students to master the management skills and understand the management essence. By analyzing the characteristics of the course in teaching, this paper puts forward some existing problems in the teaching process, and suggests some countermeasures accordingly, to lay a foundation for the future curriculum reform.
