摘要
文中简单介绍了ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ３２ ＤＳＰ和 ＴＬＣ３２０４４Ａ／Ｄ变换器的特点，同时描述了采用串行接口方式时的硬件电路及软件初始化设计。
In this paper the characters of TMS320C32 DSP and TLC32044 convertor are described. At the same time the hardware design and the software initialization is introduced in serial port mode.
