摘要
本研究立足于现有试验条件,以降低人工强度、提高试验效率为目的,研发代替人工搅拌的试验装置,实现操作的标准化,确保搅拌的均匀性、稳定性及安全性;采用自主研发的方式进行,全力开发能尽快投入生产的试验设备,最终完成支架、电机、定时器、联轴器、减速器、转杆、旋叶等配件的装配,与原有装置进行对比试验,比较改进前后的试验结果并分析误差来源。此次研究实现了颗粒分析试验自动搅拌,数据准确可靠,取得技术性进步的同时,极大降低了劳动强度,提高劳动效率,加快了工程进度。
This study is based on the existing experiment conditions, in order to reduce labor intensity and improve test efficiency. For this purpose, we developed the testing device to replace artificial mixing, to realize the implementation of standardized operation, the mixing uniformity, stability and safety; in the independent research and development, to develop test equipment applied into production as soon as possible. Finally, support, motor, timer, coupling, reducer, rotary rod, rotary vane and other parts were fit together. Compared with the original device, comparative tests to results of developed device and error analysis were carried out. Automatic mixing was realized through this research; data of the test is accurate and reliable. Technical progress is achieved, meanwhile, labor intensity is greatly reduced and work efficiency is improved, speeding up the progress of project
