摘要
许多学者得出了有一定参考价值的注浆经验公式,这些公式给现场的施工提供参考,并取得了很好的效果。在提供的注浆压力为定值的前提下,如果浆液在渗流的过程中压力损失越小,则浆液能够扩散的越远。影响浆液压力损失的因素有很多,浆液粘度、浆液流动平均速度v、浆液扩散距离L、裂隙开度d是主要因素。在前人研究的基础上,从能量损失角度出发,运用理论推导分析了上述因素对流体在流动过程中压力损失的影响规律,得出了压力损失与μ、v、L成正比,与d2成反比的结论,并用数值模拟方法对各个因素造成的压力损失进行了验证。
Many scholars have obtained some valuable empirical formulas of grouting which provides references for the construction and have made great progress. Under the precondition that the grouting pressure is a defi- nite value, the phenomenon in the process of seepage shows that the less the pressure losses, the farther the grout spreads. There are such factors that affect the pressure loss of the grout as the grout viscosity Ix, the av- erage velocity of grout flow v, the grout diffusion distance L, the fracture opening degree d, etc. This paper, on the basis of previous studies, starts with the point of energy loss, utilizes relevant theories to deduce and analyze the orderliness of the above factors that influence the pressure loss of the fluid in the process of flow. It draws the conclusion that the pressure loss is proportional to μ,v, and L, and inversely proportional to d2. Furthermore, this paper verifies the pressure loss that all factors bring about in the way of numerical simulation.
