手术内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Internal Fixation Surgery in the Treatment of Multiple Fractured Ribs

目的探讨手术内固定治疗多发性肋骨骨折的效果。方法以我院2011年1月至2013年1月间收治的120例多发性肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组行常规保守治疗,观察组使用手术内固定方法进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗时间、并发症发生率和康复期生活质量之间的差异。结果观察组患者下床时间和住院时间少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,康复期生活质量高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术内固定方法可以有效地提高多发性肋骨骨折的治疗效果,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者生活水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of internal fixation surgery in the treatment of multiple fi＇actured ribs. Metttods Une hundred and twenty patients with multiple fractured ribs in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were treated with internal fixation surgery, while patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy. The rehabilitation treatment time, complication rates, and the life quality were compared between the two groups. Results The out-of-bed time and hospitalization time of the observation group were less than those of control group, and complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of control group （P 〈0,05）; The life quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions It can get a satisfactory effect to use internal fixation surgery in the treatment of multiple fractured ribs, with less rehabilitation treatment time and fewer complications, higher level of life quality.
