微创不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨微创不翻瓣技术在口腔种植术中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院口腔科于2011年5月至2013年5月收治的116例缺失后牙患者,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组58例。对照组患者采用常规翻瓣技术进行治疗,观察组患者采用不翻瓣口腔种植技术进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组之间的术后种植体情况差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组的手术时间明显短于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后疼痛反应及药物应用情况均明显优于对照组,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创不翻瓣技术能有效缩短手术时间,并能降低患者的术后疼痛反应以及缩短用药时间。 Objective To study the clinical application effect of minimally invasive flapless technique in oral implant surgery. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with missing teeth in our department from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected and divided into two groups, with 58 cases in each group. Patients in control group received the conventional flap implant surgery, while patients in the observation group received the flapless implant surgery. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results There was no statistically difference in the postoperative implant situation between two groups (P 〉0.05). The operation time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P〈0.05), and the postoperative pain response and medication time of observation group were better than those of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive flapless technique used in oral implant surgery can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce patient's postoperative pain response and medication time.
